Very cute and sophisticated space it is dressed in gorgeous macrocarpa wood floor to ceilings which makes it feel like a warm hug! It has 1x King bed and 2x King Single beds with comfortable soft furnishings and a large new modern bathroom with shower and double vanity to create the sense of style and sophistication. Small but adequate kitchen with mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric jug. This property is unique and I’m sure you will not be disappointed with the location of this gorgeous space. The night sky is spectacular as we don't have road lighting so it gets really dark and the stars just shine! Self checkin with lockbox😊 lots of great places to visit like our much loved local cafe “the bus stop” te horo beach Sims road open weekends, Te horo beach just 5 minute drive, less than a hour from Wellington city and ferry terminal. Super location for weddings at Sudbury and local markets. We are on the hill side of Te Horo and are on a no exit road so its quiet and tranquil with alot of native birds. Fabulous local walks and bike trails 3 minutes away.

Summary: Janine is a wonderful host. She provided a yummy cheese dip (and the recipe), artisan bread, cake and breakfast stuff. The accommodation was really comfy and handy to anywhere on the coast. Lots to do - swimming at the beach and walking the escarpment track were two favourites.
